Rodolfo Bolaños brings two years of real estate experience to EWM having worked as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Kendall. Originally from Nicaragua, Bolaños has lived in Florida for 36 years and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Carrie Doan worked as a sales associate for Keyes Realtors in Miami. Bringing 13 years of real estate experience to EWM, Doan is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.
Denise Erickson served as a sales associate for Avatar Real Estate Services in South Miami. Born in Georgia, Erickson earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Miami Association of Realtors.
Antonio Ferradaz previously worked as the senior director of information technology for Johnson & Johnson in Miami. Originally from Cuba, Ferradaz has lived in Florida for 17 years and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.
Adrian Foley worked as a realtor associate for GSL Properties in South Miami. Born in California, Foley has lived in Florida for 16 years and is also a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.
Bringing over 40 years of real estate experience to EWM, Len Holloway previously worked as a vice president for COMREAL/ORLANDO in Winter Park. A Florida native, he earned a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Miami and was part of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the city of Coral Gables for seven years.
Boasting over 20 years of real estate experience, Janette Suchman worked as a an agent for Suchman Real Estate Company in Coral Gables. Originally from Kentucky, Suchman has spent 49 years in Florida and holds a master’s degree from Barry University.
Irving Torres previously served as an accounts payable agent for the New Jersey-based Johnson & Johnson office from Miami. Torres is a Miami native and brings an extensive background to EWM in residential and commercial real estate, as well as land sale transactions.
Karina Ugarte worked as the senior marketing campaign consultant for Living Social in Washington D.C. A Florida native, Ugarte earned a bachelor’s degree in business law from the University of Miami.
