Gale and Other Panelists to Discuss the State of South Florida Commercial Real Estate and 2017 Expectations

Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Brian Gale will be a featured panelist at the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Miami-Dade’s 2017 Commercial Real Estate Outlook on Thursday, September 29, 2016.

The event will start at noon and is taking place at East Miami, 788 Brickell Plaza in Miami. The forum will showcase leading commercial real estate experts presenting on future industry trends in the areas of office, retail, industrial, landlord, tenant representation and acquisitions.

Gale currently represents almost 5 million square feet of office space in South Florida, with buildings in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, South Miami, Airport West and West Palm Beach, and has clients that include MetLife, AEW, Prudential, IP Capital, L&B and Rialto Capital.

Gale has negotiated three of the 10 largest office leases ever in the Brickell/Downtown market, and in 2002 and 2007, he was the recipient of the BOMA Broker of the Year Award for Greater Miami. Throughout his 24-year career, he has overseen the signing of leases totaling over 7 million square feet.

Other panelists featured will be JLL Managing Director Brian Smith, CBRE First Vice President Jose Lobón and Highline Real Estate Capital President David Morey.

The event will be an opportunity for attendees to hear predictions and expectations on the commercial real estate industry by top local, expert panelists who are the pulse of the market.
