National brand has leased space in popular Peachland Promenade
Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has added Planet Fitness at Peachland Promenade in Port Charlotte, Fla. to its impressive leasing portfolio.
Senior Leasing Associate Gina Hensley CPM, CCIM finalized the deal, bringing distinguished national brand Planet Fitness to the popular 82,081 square foot shopping destination at 24123 Peachland Blvd. in Port Charlotte.

The renovation, previously completed by InvenTrust Properties, has enhanced both signage and access to Peachland Promenade. A neighboring Publix also draws traffic from the surrounding residential neighborhoods. Planet Fitness is leasing 20,313 square feet and joins Subway, Bon Worth, Great Clips, and The UPS Store in the center.
