Moss & Associates will celebrate the topping out of Atria at the Villages of Windsor, a Class A senior living rental community on 22 acres in Lake Worth, Fla., with a development value of $105 million.
The property, located at 9130 Hypoluxo Road, consists of 80 assisted living apartments, 186 independent living apartments and a 54-room memory care facility. The project, scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2017, will include resort-style amenities with flexible lease terms and no buy-in.
“We are delighted to be part of this new project, which will benefit many seniors as they will get to experience high-end luxury living in a community environment,” said Andrew McAllister, executive vice president at Moss.
