EWM Realty Adds Nine New Associates To Its Key Biscayne Branch

Esslinger?Wooten?Maxwell (EWM) Realty International, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms and the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties, is proud to announce that nine associates —Sandra Borgonovo, Maria Isabel De La Tejera, Cristina D'Anglemont De Tassigny, Angeles Ferrer, Martha Garcia, Jorge Llanso, Cristina Preti, Alexandra Rivas-Vazquez, and Maria Mercedes Velasquez— have joined the company’s Key Biscayne office branch, located at 644 Crandon Blvd.

Before joining EWM, Sandra Borgonovo worked as a teacher at Key Point Academy in Miami. Born in Nicaragua, she studied international business at Florida International University and has spent 35 years in Florida.

Maria Isabel De La Tejera joins EWM from Engel & Völkers in Key Biscayne, where she worked as a sales associate. Originally from Mexico, she has lived in Florida for 17 years.

Cristina D'Anglemont De Tassigny brings more than seven years of real estate experience to EWM, having previously worked as a property manager for Calle Mayor Gestion Inmobiliaria y Arquitectura SL in Madrid, Spain. Originally from Madrid, she has lived in Florida for two years.

Angeles Ferrer was an attorney with law firm Estudio Bacque-Borthaburu
in Argentina. Originally from Buenos Aires, she studied law at Pontifical Catholic University in her home country and has spent 15 years in Florida.

Martha Garcia formerly worked as an interior designer with Kreativa in Miami. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, she has spent 20 years in Florida.

Boasting 21 years of real estate experience, Jorge Llanso is the CEO and co-founder of PTS Inc in Miami. A Florida native, Llanso is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors and Rotary Club in Key Biscayne.

Cristina Preti worked as a real estate agent for Pat and Pat Bayfront Realty in Key Biscayne and brings nine years of real estate experience to EWM. Born in Italy, she holds a master’s degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano and has spent 17 years in Florida.

Alexandra Rivas-Vazquez worked as a real estate agent for GMI Real Estate in Coral Gables. A Florida native, she studied education at the University of Miami.

Maria Mercedes Velasquez previously owned and managed Velasquez Tax Services Corp. in Miami. She studied accounting at Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she has lived in Florida for 15 years.
