The combined company will operate under the Bridge Real Estate Group name, managing over 11,600 multi-family apartments and expanding the company’s footprint in major markets across Florida and the Southeast region. The leadership team will maintain their current offices across Florida, with the management headquarters and operations, including accounting, human resources and marketing departments, based in the Boca Raton office.

The discussions between the two parties began in April, and the combined company now manages multi-family units in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia. The company’s offerings include expertise in management services, with additional services spanning from condominium association management, construction, renovation, development, due diligence, acquisition and disposition services.
