Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Rahul P. Ranadive has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Miami office. He will practice in the firm’s International and Business Transactions practice groups.

With almost 20 years of experience, Ranadive advises U.S. and non-U.S. high net-worth families on international and domestic estate and trust planning, private banking and other personal tax matters. He also advises closely held U.S. and international family businesses on a wide range of international and domestic tax and corporate issues.

He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida, and his A.B. from Dartmouth College.
