Senior Managing Director Paul Carr Becomes Fourth Member of Tampa-Based Senior Housing Team Comprised of Allen McMurtry, Megan Fetter and David Kliewer
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Senior Managing Director Paul Carr has joined the firm’s Tampa-based senior housing team of Executive Managing Director Allen McMurtry, Senior Managing Director Megan Fetter and Senior Managing Director David Kliewer.
Carr is a 12-year capital markets veteran, who prior to joining the senior housing team, was a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in Tampa where he was responsible for representing private, institutional and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and analysis of investment properties throughout Florida. He previously served in a similar role with DTZ and Cassidy Turley. Carr has extensive transactional experience, having been directly involved in sales of approximately 15 million square feet and totaling more than $1.5 billion during his career.
McMurtry, Fetter and Kliewer have a combined 67 years of experience representing publicly traded companies, institutional real estate investment advisors, lenders, bond trustees, not-for-profits and private owners throughout the United States. The team has closed 168 senior housing transactions in 32 states valued at more than $2 billion.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carr was a member of CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, and also worked in Trammel Crow Company’s Capital Markets Group handling office and industrial investment sales throughout Central and North Florida.
Carr graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
