Prior to joining EWM, Heather Bown served as the language services coordinator for the Special Olympics World Games 2015 Organizing Committee. A California native, Bown recently earned the nationally-recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, which gives REALTORS® the knowledge and expertise to select appropriate pricing comparables and make accurate adjustments, among other related strategic skills.
Rosemary Bown previously worked as a sales manager for Savin Corporation in California. Originally from New Jersey, Bown was a member of the Yorba Linda Service League and Yorba Linda Women’s Club in California.
Boasting 18 years of real estate experience, Carolyn Chebaro was previously self-employed at Local Face Marketing in Miami. Chebaro has lived in Florida for more than 20 years and was ranked in the top 2% nationwide in sales for 2008.
Prior to joining EWM, Timeka Douse served as a sales associate for 7 East Realty in Fort Lauderdale. A West Palm Beach native with a Bahamian heritage, Ms. Douse got her start in real estate by initially working as an assistant for a property management company.
Rick Esposito was most recently the owner of Rick Esposito Design in New York City. Esposito earned a bachelor’s degree in fine art from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, N.J.
Munier Jallad previously worked as an academic dean at Stratford University in Virginia. Jallad earned a master’s degree in biology from Eastern Michigan University and an Executive Master from Indiana University. Jallad has lived in Florida for eight years.
Mary Sciumaria was an educator in Brazil for 23 years where she taught Jewish history, geography and Hebrew. Born in Bucharest, Romania, she is fluent in eight languages and has lived in a multitude of locations worldwide, including Israel and Brazil. Sciumaria, who attended Pontificia Universidade Catholica (PUCSP) in São Paulo, has since settled in Broward County where she now lists and sells along the Galt Ocean Mile.
Teresa Sica most recently worked at Prime Line Distributor of Specialty Foods in Ft. Lauderdale. Originally from New Jersey, Sica earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Florida.
Before joining EWM, Michael Sweeting worked as a food and beverage and entertainment operations manager for MGM Grand Casino, Caesars Palace Casino, and The Rio Hotel & Casio in Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned a degree in Health Information Management from Broward College and is currently completing an internship with the Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center in Miami. A Florida native, Sweeting is a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtor’s Association.
