Cushman & Wakefield Represents SB Architects, Inc. in Office Lease Renewal

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a lease renewal on behalf of SB Architects, Inc. at BAC Colonnade Office Tower, 2333 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables.

The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Tenant Advisory Team of Senior Director Tony Jones and Director Ryan Levy represented SB Architects, Inc. in its lease renewal of 11,575 square feet BAC Colonnade.

SB Architects is an architecture firm that has established a world-wide reputation for excellence in planning and design of large-scale hotels, resorts, destination resort communities and all associated resort amenities, as well large-scale multi-family residential and urban mixed-use projects.
