Independent Living Systems (ILS) is pleased to announce that April Cole has joined the organization to serve as the company’s Vice President of Sales.  In this role, Cole will focus on generating new business opportunities in 15 western states, including her home state of California.

Prior to joining ILS, Cole held previous management roles at Lumara Health, Sanofi, Coram Specialty Infusion, Express Scripts, Accredo, and Pfizer.  During her sales management and business development career, Cole has worked with a variety of health care clients including care management organizations, national payers, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and Integrated Delivery Networks.   

Cole holds a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne.

Cole will work out of the company’s Glendale, California office.
