Abbigail E. Webb
The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP welcomes Abbigail E. Webb to its Miami office as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Her experience working with some of the nation’s largest financial institutions and the relationships she has developed over the years with those clients are a great asset to the firm.”
Ms. Webb has extensive commercial litigation experience, having practiced in the Circuit Courts of over 21 counties across the state of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Webb represented commercial banks in all aspects of offensive and defensive banking litigation and mortgage servicing litigation, including the defense of lender liability claims, complex foreclosure, contested homeowner and condominium association actions, title disputes, violations of state and federal banking and lending laws, tort claims, enforcement of financial instruments, and related real property matters.
Ms. Webb graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010cum laude and was admitted to the Florida bar the same year. Thereafter, she received her LL.M. in international commercial law with honors from Kings College London. In 2013, she was honored with theEleventh Judicial Circuit and Dade County Bar Association Pro Bono award for the Put Something Back program. She is a Legal Line volunteer and active with Fairchild Palms Board of Directors, Fort Lauderdale Mariner’s Club, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section.
