Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced the addition of associate Aaron Lifter to the Miami office as a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Lifter joins Broad and Cassel from Rubin Communities in Lake Worth where he oversaw legal contracts, provided financial analysis of planned acquisitions and assisted in the land entitlement process for the developer. He also has experience managing both commercial real estate and residential portfolios.
Lifter holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami (UM) and earned his juris doctor and master of laws in taxation from UM’s School of Law. He went on to earn a certificate in real estate finance and investment from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
News of Lifter’s addition follows several recent announcements from Broad and Cassel in South Florida and across the state. The firm announced 10 of its South Florida attorneys were honored as Florida Legal Elite 2016. Additionally, Associate Ryan Todd has joined the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office; Associate Francisco Armada joined the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Miami office; and Associate Gabriel Itskovich joined the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Boca Raton office.
