TD Bank sells asset for $1.1 million to N4 Retail
CBRE arranged the sale of a 2,981-square-foot retail building at 4697 State Road 7 in Coral Springs, Florida. The former branch banking location was acquired from TD Bank by N4 Retail for $1.1 million.
“Identified early as a tremendous opportunity for retail investors, this property was on the market for just two weeks before it went under contract,” said CBRE’s Nicole Fontaine, who represented TD Bank in the transaction. “N4 Retail is actively seeking a new tenant to occupy what could easily accommodate either traditional retail or restaurant uses.”
Built in 2001, the building at 4697 State Road 7 occupies nearly an acre in the community shopping center of Coral Creek Plaza, which includes such popular destinations as FedEx Office, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Verizon Wireless.
Featuring frontage and two curb cuts on State Road 7, the asset is zoned B-2 and includes two drive-through bays that can be adapted for a variety of retail uses.
