CBRE Retail Services arranged the 4,700-square-foot lease that is the setting for Casa De Montecristo by Prime Cigar & Whiskey Bar, a new luxury destination in Downtown Miami’s dynamic Brickell neighborhood. Emran Ally, CBRE Vice President, arranged the deal that positions the establishment at the heart of Brickell at the striking new 1100 Millecento residential tower.
