EWM Realty International Adds Nine New Associates To Its Brickell Branch

Esslinger?Wooten?Maxwell (EWM) Realty International, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms and the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties, is proud to announce that nine associates — Richard Bogart, Marianela Figueredo, Cristina Fontoura, Elisabeth Marty, Daniele Mossini, Cristina Santana, Kenneth Steen, David Terol and Timothy Williams —have joined the company’s Brickell office, located at 901 South Miami Avenue.

Richard Bogart,a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, is originally from New Jersey and has lived in Florida for four years.

Marianela Figueredo served as a realtor associate for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Miami. Figueredo has lived in Florida for 11 years and is originally from Cuba.

Cristina Fontoura previously worked as a real estate associate for Spectrum Realty Group in Miami. Originally from Portugal, Fontoura has lived in Florida for four years.

Elisabeth Marty worked in Paris as the Chief Strategy Officer for the largest mutual insurer in Europe. Originally from France, she studied business law at University of Paris Pantheon Sorbonne, is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami and has spent ten years in Florida.

Daniele Mossini previously worked as a sales associate for Prime Property Manager Corp in Miami Beach. Mossini is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors and the National Italian American Foundation. She has lived in Florida for four years.

Boasting 12 years of real estate experience, Cristina Santana worked as a realtor associate for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Coral Gables. A Miami native, Santana studied at Miami-Dade College and is a member of the University of Miami’s breast cancer association.

Bringing 10 years of real estate experience to EWM, Kenneth Steen was the owner of Ken Steen Consulting in Oklahoma. Steen earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Denver and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa.

David Terol was the industrial manager of Centennial Management Corp in Miami Lakes. Terol earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in sports management from the University of Southern Mississippi and has been in Florida for four years.

Timothy Williams served as sales director of Millennium Partners Sports Club Management, LLC in Brickell. Born in Florida, Williams received a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
