Thor Equities Welcomes Crudos Fusion Sushi To 250 NW 24th Street In Wynwood

Restaurant Specializing in Sushi and Creative Cocktails Signs Long-Term Lease for Prime Retail Space

Thor Equities, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, has leased 1,800 square feet at 250 NW 24TH Street (250 Wynwood) in Miami to Crudos Fusion Sushi, company executives announced today.

The restaurant specializing in sushi and creative cocktails has signed a long-term deal for the prime Wynwood space, which features 16-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows and wall-to-wall transparent glazing.

“Wynwood is continuing to grow in popularity as a home for residential, office and retail tenants drawn to the area’s many art, dining, culture and shopping experiences,” said Joe Sitt, CEO of Thor Equities.

The pedestrian-friendly neighborhood was recently named “one of the hottest urban retail markets” by Cushman & Wakefield in its The Cool Streets of North America report, which highlighted Wynwood’s popularity among Millennials, as well as new development projects that will increase its daytime population.

Nearby businesses include Warby Parker and Ducati along with The Screening Room, Panther Coffee, Coyo Taco, Wynwood Kitchen & Bar, R House and Gravity Brewery. The neighborhood is home to more than 70 art galleries including The Hangar, Black Square Art Gallery and Gallery Diet, while serving as one of the largest open-air street art installations in the world.

Thor Equities also recently leased the adjacent retail property at 250 NW 24th Street to trendsetting restaurant Federal Donuts, which serves gourmet donuts and Korean-style fried chicken created by famed Philadelphia chef Michael Solomonov.
