AscendWilton 24^th Street LLC developers, Wilton Manors city officials and other community notables came together to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Metropolitan Apartments, a 179-unit avant-garde-style development located at 1220 NE 24^th St. A luxe condominium-grade project by AscendWilton 24^th Street LLC, an affiliate of Ascend Properties (www.yesascend.com), Metropolitan is an iconic $35 million development continuing the urbanization of Wilton Manors’ “eastern gateway.”
