CBRE arranged three leases on behalf of Graham Commercial totaling more than 20,000 square feet in the Town Center Offices at Miami Lakes, Florida, a master-planned community developed by The Graham Companies. EIMS, an international technology business with headquarters in Europe, National Marine Manufacturers Association doing business as the Miami International Boat Show, and Florida Endovascular and Interventional, will occupy office spaces at Laurel Court, located at 15500 New Barn Road, The Promenade, located at 15100 Northwest 67th Avenue, and Plaza Royale, located at 15600 Northwest 67th Avenue, respectively.

CBRE’s Carol Ellis-Cutler represented Graham Commercial in the transaction, along with their in-house real estate team of Steve Style and Philip Wyllie. All three tenants expressed similar reasons for selecting the Town Center Offices as their office sites: convenience to major expressways for an ease of access to both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties; walkability to Don Shula’s Athletic Club, Hotel, and Steak2, numerous additional restaurants and quality retail amenities; and based on Miami Lakes’ higher parking ratio than other South Florida submarkets they explored.
