Miami-based law firm Salazar Jackson, LLP was selected as the winner for the Most Innovative Program for Employee Health and Well-being at the inaugural Chambers Diversity Awards USA in New York City. The award recognizes the law firm that has made a collaborative effort to improve the health and well-being of their staff.

Salazar Jackson’s leaders made the decision to be purposely small in order to best address its staffs’ well-being and create a strong, high-performance environment.
