CBRE’s National Retail Investment Group arranged the combined sale of Lakeside Centre, a 160,697-square-foot community shopping center, and the adjacent 97-room Holiday Inn Express in Boca Raton, Florida. The properties at 8144 Glades Road were acquired by an affiliate of EDENS, a Columbia, South Carolina-based owner and developer of retail properties in major markets nationally, including several prominent shopping centers across South Florida. CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of Ocean Properties, whose primary business is hotel ownership and development across North America.
