Cushman & Wakefield Represents Traffic Brick Networks in Industrial Lease

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a new warehouse lease on behalf of Traffic Brick Networks at 1471 West Hillsboro Boulevard.

The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial Team of Associate Director Matthew G. McAllister, Executive Director Richard F. Etner, Executive Director Christopher Metzler and Senior Director Christopher Thomson represented Traffic Brick Networks in its lease of 31,000 square feet in the Dolphin Carpet and Tile Building.

Traffic Brick Networks is a holding corporation that focuses on the wedding and event decor industry. Subsidiaries include Event Decor Direct,The Institute of Wedding & Event Design and To Suit Your Fancy. Traffic Brick Networks will utilize the warehouse space to house and distribute its event-related products.
