Douglas Wells, Operations Manager, Plaza Construction
Plaza Construction hired Douglas Wells as an Operations Manager in its Southeast Regional office located in Miami. Wells has over 25 years of major construction experience, and as an Operations Manager he provides broad management control over project assignment, construction planning, execution and administration. He also provides leadership related to budget and schedule analysis, quality, risk management and contract negotiations for various projects. A Certified General Contractor in five states including Florida, Wells earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Previously a senior executive for numerous hospitality and mixed-use projects including two Ritz-Carlton resorts in Florida, Wells brings significant in-depth experience to Plaza Construction.
