The top talent, composed of leading industry veterans, will further enhance the company’s South Florida presence.

Seth Feuer began his real estate career in 2003. He specializes in luxury condominiums and homes as well as vacation homes, relocation, and investment opportunities. A native New Yorker, Mr. Feuer developed a love for architecture at an early age, which evolved into valuable knowledge for his real estate clients. He holds a degree in Management and International Business from The Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Feuer has lived and worked abroad, and is able to thrive professionally in multi-cultural environments. This serves as an asset for his clients, many of which include executives for multi-national corporations and those seeking a beach refuge from harsh winters from cities the world over. Among his many endeavors, he is actively involved with the city’s Chamber of Commerce and a board for the City of Miami Beach. Prior to real estate, Mr. Feuer was a successful consultant for global firms such as Ernst & Young, KPMG and Royal Caribbean Cruises - and has served clients in the global pharmaceutical and hospitality industries.
Denver Bright, whose multi-faceted reach extends to the Caribbean, is known for his keen ability to transact South Florida’s finest luxury waterfront properties along with his skill to liaise with targeted networks in other markets. Jamaican-born Bright pursued his B.S in Finance at Quinnipiac University prior to pursuing a career in real estate in South Florida. Committed to giving back, Mr. Bright continues to work to improve literacy in his home country. He is the Founder of the Boysie Youth Foundation in Jamaica, which provides scholarships, books, computers, food programs and other support for children.
Scott Diffenderfer specializes in and around the Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and Brickell markets. The Miami native arrives at Compass with 11 years of real estate experience and more than 25 years of marketing, fundraising, sales and management expertise. Diffenderfer ran for Miami Beach City Commission in 2015 and is also a licensed property manager (CAM), which he earned while he was president of his current condo association on Belle Isle. David Carson, a rising star in real estate, has quickly made a name for himself in the dynamic Miami market, serving a wide range of domestic and intentional clientele. Originally from New York, Mr. Carson specializes in Miami and Miami Beach's prime property markets. Following his graduation from Florida Southern with a degree in Finance, his interests in Literature and Philosophy led him to South America and Western Europe, where he developed a deeper understanding for business and culture abroad. A dedicated philanthropist with macroeconomic interests, David works with early childhood literacy initiatives in Miami and capital allocation toward educational investments abroad.
