CBRE has arranged an 11,000-square-foot lease renewal for Convey Health Solutions corporate headquarters at One Financial Plaza, a 28-story, Class A office tower located at 100 SE 3rd Avenue Fort Lauderdale, Florida. CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Through a strategic evaluation of the long-term needs for Convey Health Solutions’ corporate headquarters, CBRE developed a financial structure that delivered near-term cost-savings by engaging the landlord in an early lease renewal which achieved both their short-term and long-term goals,” said CBRE’s Ryan Nunes.

Built in 1972, One Financial Plaza is 80% occupied with tenants including Tower Club, Regions Bank and Pipeline Workspaces.
