CBRE is pleased to announce that Andy Pribyl has been promoted to Senior Asset Services Engineering Operations Manager. Mr. Pribyl will continue to provide project oversight and technical management on Major Capital Projects for CBRE’s clients for office, retail and industrial buildings in the State of Florida. He has been involved in the construction and development of commercial real estate properties since 1995. Since joining CBRE in 2011, Mr. Pribyl has managed many projects statewide that include roof replacements, waterproofing, elevator modernizations, HVAC chiller plants, garage restorations and more.
Mr. Pribyl has a strong background in property and facilities management. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked with companies such as America’s Capital Partners and Premier Commercial Realty. As the Director of Development for Premier, he developed approximately five million square feet of new Class A industrial property throughout the state of Florida.
