CBRE is pleased to announce that Christopher Gallagher has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in the Fort Lauderdale office. He joins CBRE from Duke Realty, where he has served as Vice President of Leasing, South Florida, since 2007. Mr. Gallagher will provide advisory and transaction services to owners of office assets throughout Broward County.
Mr. Gallagher was a perennial top producer with Duke, responsible for leasing and developing approximately 7 million square feet of office and industrial properties throughout South Florida. He received the “Top Office Deal of the Year” award from NAIOP South Florida Chapter in 2015. He also worked for CBRE from 2001 to 2007 as a sales associate, and was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2001.
