Quay became a Realtor in 2007 after making a lifestyle change and taking a break from his previous career in the culinary industry as a gourmet chef. He has an associate’s degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University as well as a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Florida International University. Quay’s focus on superior customer service stems from his experiences in hospitality.
