$2.68 Million Sale of Sweet Tomatoes in West Palm Beach, Fla. Arranged by Marcus & Millichap

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Sweet Tomatoes, a 6,800-square foot, ground leased retail building located on 1.1 acres in West Palm Beach, Fla. The asset sold for $2,687,500.

Douglas K. Mandel, a senior vice president investments, Barry M. Wolfe, a first vice president investments, and Alan Lipsky, an associate, all in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company from Parkland, Fla. The buyer was a limited liability company from Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.

Sweet Tomatoes is located at 1900 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, immediately off Interstate-95 and one-half mile from the Palm Beach Outlets. The restaurant is located in a densely populated area near many national retailers including Whole Foods Market, Publix and Target.
