Planned improvements at the newly acquired property will create new employment opportunities in the neighborhood
CFH Group, a leading real estate development and property management company, will soon begin a multi-million dollar construction project and remodeling of Lake Vista Apartments, a former Fairfield community known as The Ashlar. The property, which CFH Group officially acquired on June 1st, is located in Miramar, FL at 8440 Sherman Circle North.
The existing 480 apartments will be fully renovated with upgraded finishes, including custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances, and ceramic tile throughout the units.
A newly built 11,000 square-foot resident clubhouse, which will also be home to the property’s leasing office, is set to offer residents and their guests on-site amenities such as a multi-purpose room, kitchenette, cyber lounge with print station, fitness center with a kids’ play room, and an aerobics and yoga studio. The scope of the work will also include the addition of two new pools, an outdoor barbecue area, dog parks, two playgrounds, and an all-new landscaped lakeside walking path.
