Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Sweeney and Austin Johnston Represented the Law Firm in its Acquisition of a 3,736-Square-Foot Office Building in Ocala
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated the acquisition of a 3,736-square-foot office building in Ocala, FL, for the law firm of Morgan & Morgan.
Senior Director Jeff Sweeney and Associate Austin Johnston represented Morgan & Morgan in the transaction valued at $535,000, or $143 per square foot.
Morgan & Morgan, which continues to develop a broad network of local offices throughout the state of Florida, acquired the one-story office building at 1007 East Silver Springs Boulevard in early May. It will be the firm’s nineteenth office in the state and its first in Marion County. Morgan & Morgan is expected to move 15 attorneys and support staff into the building this fall.
“This building proved to be a great fit for Morgan & Morgan’s expanding network of law offices,” said Sweeney. “It offers the requisite finishes and excellent exposure along East Silver Springs Boulevard.”
