According to the newly released REAL Trends 2016 Market Leaders report, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Miami was ranked first in sales volume among Miami’s residential real estate companies in 2015. In addition, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is once again the No. 1 brokerage in Florida, with leadership positions in Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg and Pensacola/Florida Panhandle, where the brokerage is No. 1 in both transaction units and sales volume.

With 85 offices and 5,000 independent sales professionals in Florida, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Miami closed $3.939 billion in sales volume and closed 8,184 transaction sides in 2015 according to REAL Trends.
