NAI Miami Completes Almost $110,000,000.00 in Transaction Value in 2020

NAI Miami, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that it has closed almost $110,000,000.00 of transactions in South Florida during the 2020 fiscal year. Transactions include leasing, sales, property management and consulting across all sectors.

In 2020, NAI Miami leased 699,974 SF of space for a total lease transaction value of almost $57,000,000.00 and sold 1,010,067 SF of space for a total sale transaction value of $53,000,000.00.

The most notable sales of the 2020 fiscal year were the sale of the $15,000,000 former fashion house Isaco Headquarters in Miami Lakes to the PPE supplier, Demetech. Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal represented the seller. Custer and Garcia-Menocal also represented the seller in the industrial sale of 2105 NW 102nd Avenue for $8,462,500.00 to Brookfield Properties. The buyer has engaged NAI Miami to lease the property on their behalf.

Our most notable lease transactions of 2020 included our representation of AutoZone stores in which Joseph Gallaher, Senior Vice President, and Jeremy Larkin, CEO, closed over $8,000,000.00 of lease transaction value in the South Florida market. In August 2020, Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal represented Demark Global Logistics in the lease of 31,237 square feet at Prologis Beacon Lakes in Doral with a total lease value of in excess of $1,000,000.00.
