dreamOway welcomes Wadelene Nicola, Owner and CEO of Kompa en action, Inc., as a new mentor that will inspire and provide valuable guidance to dreamers of all ages.
Wadelene will join the dreamOway community of authentic, friendly, and supportive visionaries committed to supporting one another’s hopes and aspirations. “I am looking forward to be a part of this amazing platform and mentorship opportunity to help ambitious dreamers fulfill their dreams,” says Wadelene.
Wadelene specializes in film production, special events, marketing, TV production and distribution. She’ll provide dreamers with an opportunity to have a one-on-one mentor-mentee relationship to learn the intricacies of marketing, such as social media, website design, business strategy, analysis of numbers, inventory management, and online retail.
With her extensive knowledge in the workforce and her area of expertise, Wadelene will be able to guide and support dreamers by providing them with an opportunity to learn from a seasoned professional. “We are so excited to have Wadelene join our little mentorship family and take to heart our mission to inspire and guide dreamers everywhere,” says Justine Sinclair, Founder and CEO of dreamOway.

The TV show will highlight undiscovered dreamers and connect them with celebrity influencers to achieve new heights. Each episode in the show will focus on a specific category from the app, and four dreamers will be selected to compete for a chance to win a spot in the season finale
ABOUT Wadeline Nicola
Wadelene Nicola was born and partially raised in the Caribbean. She moved to Broward County Florida during her teenage years where she attended Broward College and earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Science Supervision and Management. She is a recent graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a Master’s in Business – International Business and Marketing. She also graduated from the Arts Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a degree in Broadcasting.
Ms. Carole, as she prefers to be called, managed and produced her own Radio and TV shows (emanating from Broward County) for over three years. Now, she is the writer and the executive producer of the new TV Show entitled “Obama Nation”.
Her radio, TV shows and films have made her a household name in the South Florida area. She is always available for advice and her faithful followers can never have enough of her. Ms. Carole would go above and beyond in order to response favorably to her supporters and fans.
Her philosophy can best be summed up with the following: “Don’t put off for tomorrow what can be done today.” If you can dream it, she can script it and put it on the big screen.
