Kenny Sager and Barry Burke of Austin Burke Clothiers say its time to sell the building. The owners of Austin Burke Clothiers, believe it’s time to capitalize on the rapid growth in property values in Wynwood and have decided to sell their building, the iconic Austin Burke Clothiers Building.

This redevelopment opportunity is not a means to end of the Austin Burke Clothiers or Kenny Sager’s radio legacy. Rather, it is an opportunity for the owners to generate a return on the real estate and find a new, improved location to serve their clientele.
