TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Insurance Associates LLC, a Top 100 Insurance brokerage, announced today that it acquired J.W. Edens & Company, Inc. of Titusville, FL on December 31, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, J.W. Edens & Company is a retail insurance agency with three locations in Southeast Central Florida. The company’s top lines of insurance include employee benefits, homeowners, and general liability.
