1/4/21

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Risk Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of diverse solutions for property and casualty claims, environmental risk management and complex claims, is pleased to announce it has acquired Tailored Adjustment Services Inc.

Tailored, based in Colleyville, Texas, specializes in property and casualty claims as well as litigation management. The acquisition of Tailored and its experienced team are part of an ongoing strategy to expand GRS’ product offerings, business lines and market presence throughout the United States. Tailored Adjustment Services was founded in 1996 as an independent adjusting firm. Its operations span the Southern United States and offer claims services across many lines, including casualty, commercial and residential property, general liability, automobile, heavy equipment and marine.

“With Tailored joining our Property & Casualty Solutions business unit, we have a much greater presence in the market, a brand name in that space, and deep expertise,” said Kip Radigan, Group CEO of GRS. “We are continuing to enhance our ability to handle daily desk, field, catastrophe and GRS On-DemandSM claims here in the US. Both GRS and Tailored have similar business cultures and are focused on building long-lasting business relationships,” he said. “Our companies believe in always doing the right thing, putting clients first, doing what we say we will do, and being innovative.”

“Tailored’s President and CEO, James Buchanan, Vice President Mike Myers and the entire Tailored organization have been successful in the independent claims adjustment sector for decades,” said Scott Grenville, CEO of GRS’ Property & Casualty Solutions division. “Tailored’s reputation and complementary services will further GRS’ strategy of expanding our claims solutions for our clients.”

“This acquisition is good news for clients of Tailored and GRS,” explained James Buchanan. “As part of GRS, our combined growth initiative is to expand our property and casualty claim service offerings regionally and nationally. We’ve always admired the capabilities of GRS, and we see this acquisition as highly positive for serving our clients together.”

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
