Whitney Dutton whose company, The Dutton Group, presented the Leadership Broward Virtual Mixer
Leadership Broward knows how to shake it up and get creative. Guests were treated to an evening of laughter and delicious wine and cheeses during the premier leadership organization’s recent virtual mixer, presented by The Dutton Group. The event raised funds for Leadership Broward initiatives for students and adults.
“This was a night of celebration not only for the holidays but also for the amazing people who make up Leadership Broward,” said Matthew Korshoff, Leadership Broward board chair. “Between the ugly hat contest and the wine pairing, we all had a wonderful time getting together, and we look forward to hopefully getting together soon in person. And a special shout-out to all of our sponsors and supporters.”
Shelley Bradshaw, winner of the most creative holiday hat during the Leadership Broward Virtual Mixer
Making spirits bright, an ugly holiday hat contest during the mixer netted three winners:
Shelley Bradshaw won for her elaborate holiday hat as the most creative; Anthony Coppola’s hat was deemed weirdest; and the ugliest hat title was awarded to Denise Santiago Bartlett.
The exclusive wine and cheese pairing was hosted by Primo Liquors and Fine Wines and presented by Talbott Vineyards and Chef Lenore Nolan. Danielle Bayles from Talbott Vineyards introduced the wines and Nolan discussed how to pair various cheeses with each wine.
