Terrabank announces the promotion of Carolina Perez and Veronica Vasquez as Portfolio Managers to its new Client Services Department. The department was started to increase its efficiency and personalized approach as it focuses on retail banking.

Carolina and Veronica will be excellent additions to the team as we work to exceed what clients expect,” states Kharina Caldera Soto, Vice President, Client Experience Manager.

Prior to working at Terrabank, Perez was at Amerant Bank. Her responsibilities included the resolving and reviewing of credit and debit card disputes, and the maintenance of banking systems and debt measurement. In her new role as Portfolio Manager, she will assist Relationship Managers in developing new domestic and international relationships for consumer and commercial clients. She earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from Universitario de Tecnología Industrial Rodolfo Loero Arismendi (UITIRLA) in Anzoátegui, Venezuela.

Vasquez joined Terrabank in January 2015 as an International Sales and Service Associate where she assisted clients with account openings. Prior to that Vasquez was an International New Account Representative at Banesco USA. In her new role, she will provide support to all assigned areas of Terrabank’s Retail Banking, including assisting the head of Retail Banking to enhance methods and proactively create processes that boost efficiency, customer experience and effectiveness of systems and processes. Vazquez has an Anti-Money Laundry Certificate Associate from the Florida International Bankers Association.
