Arch Companies is pleased to announce that Moshe Aronowitz has joined Arch Builders, the construction management affiliate of Arch Companies, as Procurement Manager. In this new role, he will focus on securing construction contracts across Arch’s $630 million national portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including ground-up project and value-add repositionings.
“As we continue to grow our footprint in the Northeast, Southeast and West Coast, we look forward to Moshe helping us further streamline our procurement process,” says Jeffrey Simpson, Managing Partner of Arch Companies. “He has the deep, diversified skillset to help empower our Arch Builders team and we look forward to growing our brand with him.”
Aronowitz has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and acquisitions, with duties including the management of construction pipelines, negotiations, finance and on-site management. His training as an electrical engineer gives him unique insight into what makes a building tick and how to proceed through the construction process from the foundation up.

Prior to joining Arch Builders, Aronowitz was a senior project manager, overseeing development work for mixed-use multifamily communities. Aronowitz has an MBA in finance from Bar-Ilan University in Israel and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
