Bradley Attorney Kyle Robisch Appointed to Tampa Community Boards

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kyle W. Robisch has been appointed to the Special Olympics Florida West Florida Leadership Council and the Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay Connections Board.

The Special Olympics Florida West Florida Leadership Council seeks to spread and deepen Special Olympics’ impact across West Florida, from Naples all the way up to Crystal River, including Tampa and St. Petersburg. Special Olympics Florida provides year-round sports training and competition to over 60,000 Floridians with intellectual disabilities.

The Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay Connections Board is comprised of local leaders committed to providing guidance and support to Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay. Junior Achievement aims to inspire and prepare young people of all backgrounds to succeed in the global economy by putting on volunteer-delivered, K-12 financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship programming.

A member of the Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Robisch represents clients in all manners of business disputes, including high-stakes, bet-the-company cases in federal and state courts across the country. He often prosecutes and defends cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference with business relationships, unjust enrichment, fraud, and conversion. He also has significant experience litigating environmental and land use matters, often counseling clients proposing high-profile projects before, during and after litigation. Outside the courtroom, Mr. Robisch advises clients on pre-permitting and pre-litigation strategy, provides public relations and governmental affairs advice, and works with regulators to move projects forward.

Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Robisch served as a law clerk to the Hon. G. Kendall Sharp of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) from the University of Florida.
