LCG Advisors, a leading Tampa based financial services advisory firm, has announced Steven Carmen will join the firm as a Director within LCG’s investment banking division. Mr. Carmen will add to LCG’s healthcare advisory capabilities, providing merger & acquisition, capital raising, corporate finance, and strategic consulting services to physician practices and outpatient facilities.

Mr. Carmen, who will be based in LCG’s Tampa headquarters, has over 13 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and business development strategy. Prior to joining LCG, Mr. Carmen launched an independent advisory firm where he provided merger & acquisition advisory and strategy consulting services to independent physician practices. Previously, Mr. Carmen was a Vice President with PwC Corporate Finance, where he provided mergers & acquisitions advisory services to healthcare providers and healthcare services clients. Prior to PwC, Mr. Carmen led the corporate development efforts for two privately-held middle market companies, where he helped drive revenue growth and profit margin expansion prior to successful liquidity events for both businesses. Prior to his corporate development experience, Mr. Carmen worked in investment banking for six years, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, private capital, and capital markets client coverage. Mr. Carmen holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Business from Florida State University. Steven Carmen holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
