Terrabank Promotes Two, Hires One, And Starts A New Client Services Department

Terrabank announces a new Client Services Department that was started to provide efficiency without losing the personalized touch that has become the hallmark of the bank. The unit includes Deniss Somerhausen who has been promoted to Client Services Supervisor, and Sindy P. Cueter and Melisse B. Quartin who were named Portfolio Manager.

We have made significant structural changes to ensure that the new Client Services Department will exceed customer expectation,” states Antonio Uribe, President and CEO of Terrabank.

Argüello, EVP Domestic & International Retail Banking Head. “Our main goal is to create a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints to exceed our customer standards. By keeping an eye on the entire customer journey, we’re making sure that the promise of a positive experience is kept and that we’re offering a superior service.”

Somerhausen joined the bank in January 2018 as an International Customer Service Representative where she provided support to new clients with account and services. Prior to that she was a Call Center Supervisor at Banesco USA Bank. In her new role, she will provide support to all assigned areas of Terrabank’s Retail Bank where services or assistance is needed. In addition, she will assist the Retail Banking Head to enhance methods and proactively create processes that enhance efficiency, customer experience and effectiveness of systems and processes. She earned a Bachelor of Public Administration from Barry University.

Prior to working at Terrabank, Cueter was Senior Personal Banker, Wealth Management division at Sabadell United Bank in Miami. Her responsibilities included selling and cross selling a limited range of products and services to new and existing high-net-worth and high-profile clients. In her new role as Portfolio Manager, she will assist the Relationship Managers in developing new domestic and international relationships for consumer and commercial clients. She earned a Bachelor of Finances and International Relations from Fundación Universitaria San Martin, Barranquilla, Colombia.

Quartin was formerly an International Account Representative at Banesco USA Bank in Doral assisting customers with products and financial services. She will join the new Clients Services team assisting the Relationship Managers in developing new domestic and international relationships for customer and commercial clients. She earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Millennium Atlantic University in Doral, Florida and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Anhanguera in Brazil.
