Tenured firm account manager to lead Personal Lines division

JAG Insurance Group (JAG) – a full-service South Florida-based commercial insurance agency with offices in Coral Gables and Delray Beach, and Charlotte, N.C. – is pleased to announce the promotion of Ursula Brandon, the firm's longest-tenured account manager, to vice president of Personal Lines.

Approaching her 12th anniversary at JAG, Brandon is skillfully aligned with the firm's entrepreneurial approach to providing clients the expertise and support of a large insurance conglomerate, with the personalized attention of a boutique business.

In this new role, Brandon will oversee all department processes and training of new employees, while serving as the primary liaison between producers and account managers. Additionally, she will identify the driving factors and markets with unique risk, supervise the ongoing management of accounts, and foster new business opportunities.

Brandon brings more than a decade of experience to her new position, most recently serving as one of the firm’s personal lines account managers. Her focus was to ensure that a policy delivered what it promised to clients, which included routine coverage questions, renewals, and a deep understanding of restrictive policies. Before joining JAG, she held administrative positions at State Farm and Hub International.
