Holy Cross Hospital has named Pembroke Pines resident Kurt Kamrad as the Associate of the Month. Kamrad is a registered respiratory therapist treating COVID19 patients in the non-profit hospital’s emergency department and critical care unit.

The Associate of the Month Award is presented to a staff member who demonstrates leadership, serves as an inspiration to others, embraces new responsibilities and offers innovative and thoughtful insights. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus crisis, Kamrad has placed himself at the forefront of treating patients while maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to all safety measures.
