Baker Donelson's David B. Levin Elected Shareholder

Baker Donelson has elected 15 new shareholders across the Firm, including David B. Levin of the Firm's Fort Lauderdale office.

Mr. Levin focuses his litigation practice in the areas of real estate, first- and third-party insurance, title insurance, commercial and business disputes, consumer and business finance, creditors' rights, commercial and residential foreclosures, managed health care, products liability and ADA accessibility. He has particular experience in real estate litigation, defending consumer protection claims and prosecuting complex commercial and residential foreclosures.

Mr. Levin's experience also includes representing insurance carriers and adjusters in all aspects of the claim and litigation process. He has represented insurance underwriters and third-party administrators, insureds, medical providers, product manufacturers, motor carriers and other transportation-related companies, property and business owners, as well as private professionals in all phases of commercial and tort litigation.

Mr. Levin has been named a Rising Star in the area of business litigation by Florida Super Lawyers and has been recognized as an "Up and Comer" by Florida Trend and the South Florida Legal Guide. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, he is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
