Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, is proud to announce partner Jeffrey M. Wank will serve on the Board of Directors for the Federal Association for Insurance Reform (FAIR).

FAIR is a non-partisan, non-profit educational organization that advocates for fair, stable and affordable insurance markets for insurance consumers, through leadership, education and robust competition.

As a member of the board, Wank will have a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure FAIR supports the mission of advocating responsibly in the interest of the industry and consumers, and act prudently as a steward of the organization. Unlike other organizations that represent specific constituencies, FAIR works with all constituencies to facilitate ongoing dialogue and transparent communications.

Members of the board agree to the following:

• Promote FAIR’s mission of providing affordable, quality coverage to all insurance consumers through consumer-centric, industry-friendly public policy. Work in good faith with FAIR leadership and fellow board members to uphold FAIR’s mission and to positively expand its reach.
• Offer industry and personal expertise to craft FAIR public policy and to assist in carrying out the FAIR mission.
• Interpret the organization's work and values to the community and represent the organization when required.
• Stay informed on FAIR’s ongoing initiatives, participate in discussions, and take an active interest in making decisions on issues, policies and other board matters. Keep FAIR leadership and fellow board members informed on relevant industry issues.

Wank earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Board Law Center and has been involved in many organizations such as Legal Aid Service of Broward County & Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
