Anissa Lopez
BankUnited announced the hiring of Anissa Lopez as vice president and commercial banker in Fort Lauderdale. She will be based at the bank’s new downtown Fort Lauderdale office, 333 East Las Olas Boulevard.
Lopez joins BankUnited from JP Morgan Chase, where she served as a banker associate in Fort Lauderdale. Prior to that, she was a relationship manager at Bank of America, also in Fort Lauderdale. In her new role, Lopez will be responsible for developing client relationships and providing customized lending solutions as well as treasury and cash management.
A Fort Lauderdale resident, Lopez is an active member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Rising Leaders committee and the United Way of Broward County NextGen committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
