Javier J. Rodriguez has joined Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr as a partner in the Litigation Practice, resident in the Miami office.

Mr. Rodriguez brings 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer to his work handling multi-million dollar litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes as well as shareholder's litigation and cases involving creditor's rights, real estate and admiralty law.

His trial work includes a $19.5 million jury verdict on Monday, November 4, 2019 in federal court in Miami in favor of electronic medical records provider Kipu Systems LLC for claims of breach of contract and unfair competition.

"This case is just one of more than 80 trials in courts and before arbitration panels that Javier has handled for clients. His representative matters also include more than 50 appellate cases through oral argument," said Jeff Shapiro, office managing partner for the Firm's Miami office. Mr. Rodriguez earned his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law. He also has a BBA from the University of Miami.
