The tax, trust, estate and business boutique law firms of Weiner & Cummings, P.A. and Therrel Baisden, LLP are pleased to announce the merging of the two practices, effective earlier this month. Weiner & Cummings has been in practice representing high net worth families in South Florida since 1989. For more than nine decades, Therrel Baisden attorneys have provided corporate, estate and trust planning, taxation, and fiduciary services to a diverse domestic and international clientele.
The combined firm will continue operating under the name Therrel Baisden, LLP, with Nicholas M. Daniels, Jonathan Feuerman, Mark M. Hasner and Paul M. Cummings as the firm’s equity partners.
